Select between a free in-store return at any Reitmans location or use our online portal to generate a pre-paid shipping label for mail-in returns.
Drop Off or Ship
Bring your package to a designated carrier drop-off point or visit your nearest boutique to hand over the items to a style advisor.
Receive Your Refund
Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
